Handling of personal data at Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B

Through your booking you become a customer of Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B (Nordiska Folkhögskolan i Kungälv org. 853300-2096). The customer register contains the contact information that you have chosen to provide and information about your order. The personal data is used for administration of the services, information, marketing of Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B and for certain statistics, evaluation and quality work.

Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B uses e-mail and text messages in our communication to you as a customer and may send out information to you before and during your stay. It can e.g. be booking confirmation, important information prior to your stay. This is sent to the e-mail or mobile number you provided when booking.

Your information may be handled by a so-called data processor who is helpful in communicating with you. This data processor will then only process the data in accordance with the purposes for which your personal data was collected for, for example, marketing via e-mail or text message. Your information can also be shared with our partners so that they can carry out an assignment for Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B

Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B can disclose personal information to third parties, such as e.g. police or other authority, if it concerns the investigation of crime or if Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B is obliged to disclose such information on the basis of law or official decision.

When booking through a booking channel or travel agency (OTA):

When you book through an online travel agency / booking channel, such as Boooking.com or Hotels.com (digital partner), you provide your personal information to them. These personal data are responsible for and handled by each actor in accordance with their personal data policy.

When a booking is made through an OTA, they send certain personal information to the hotel to confirm that the booking has been made.

When you book through a travel agency, you submit your personal information to the travel agency yourself and agree that the travel agency processes these in its operations. The travel agency can therefore identify you e.g. using your booking number. We are not responsible for each actor's handling of the personal data you yourself have provided directly to them.

Storage of personal data:

Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B will retain your information as long as you are a customer of the company, and for another 6 months for the above purposes. Thereafter, they will be saved for various legal requirements, such as the swedish Accounting Act. When that time has passed, your personal information will be deleted.

The processing of your personal data in Nordiska Folkhögskolan's Conference and B&B customer database takes place with the support of the order agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interest. When it comes to legitimate interest, we use your information, for example, to adapt our communication to you based on your purchases.
